In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "777pe" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 777pe.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services operated thereunder.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on 777pe and is using the platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal 777pe account created by and maintained for a registered Player.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's 777pe wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any territory from which accessing or using 777pe's gaming services is prohibited by applicable local law.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency in which all 777pe account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures that 777pe may require a Player to complete before processing withdrawals or at any other time.
• "Services" means all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, payment processing, and customer support provided by 777pe.

By accessing, registering, or using any portion of the 777pe platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, the 777pe Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or policies applicable to specific games or promotions. These documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and 777pe.

These Terms take effect from the moment you complete the 777pe account registration process and remain in effect for the duration of your account's existence, including after any account closure until all outstanding obligations between the parties are resolved.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 777pe, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an account.
• You are accessing 777pe as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not accessing 777pe from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly illegal under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, family member of an employee, or associate of 777pe or any of its partner companies who may have access to non-public information.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 777pe and remain within any active self-exclusion period.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity in connection with the use of the platform, including in connection with matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic advantage play.

777pe reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification where age eligibility cannot be immediately confirmed. Any winnings generated during a period of unverified age may be withheld until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on 777pe at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — including under different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

When completing 777pe account registration, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identity documents.
• A valid, active email address to which you have exclusive access.
• A Pakistani mobile number registered in your own name.
• Your accurate date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Failure to keep this information current may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension. 777pe may require you to update your information at any time to comply with KYC obligations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777pe account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or enable any automated login tool to operate your account.

You must notify 777pe immediately via live chat or email if you believe your account credentials have been compromised or your account has been accessed without authorisation. 777pe will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

• 777pe strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account using your registered Pakistani mobile number.
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service or platform.
• 777pe will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.
• Any activity conducted through your 777pe account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is your responsibility whether or not you authorised the specific action.

All deposits to and withdrawals from your 777pe account are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777pe does not support foreign currency deposits or multi-currency wallets.

Deposits: Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and IBFT bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your 777pe wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider — typically within sixty seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time provided your account balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold of Rs 500 and your account has passed all applicable KYC verification requirements. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash: within 20 minutes for verified accounts
• EasyPaisa: within 25 minutes for verified accounts
• HBL / UBL: 1 to 3 hours during banking hours
• Meezan Bank: 1 to 4 hours during banking hours
• IBFT Bank Transfer: same business day

777pe does not charge withdrawal fees at the platform level. Any fees imposed by the receiving financial institution are the Player's responsibility. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own verified name.

777pe offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to players who have registered, verified their age, and made a qualifying deposit as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements which must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. For example: a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility.
• Each promotion specifies eligible games. Bets placed on excluded games or markets while a bonus is active will not count toward wagering requirements.
• 777pe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any indication of bonus abuse, including exploiting promotional structures, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

Specific bonus terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates — are communicated at the time of each offer and are available in your account's Promotions section. Players are advised to review promotion-specific terms before claiming any offer.

The following rules apply to all bets placed and games played on 777pe:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed by the 777pe system. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by a specific game's rules.
• In the event of a system error, communication failure, or technical malfunction during a bet or game round, 777pe reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked amounts to the Player's balance.
• For cricket betting and other sports markets: odds are set at the time a bet is placed and are not subject to revision after acceptance, except in cases of obvious pricing errors, which 777pe reserves the right to void at its discretion.
• Live dealer casino game results are determined by physical outcomes (actual cards dealt, roulette ball position, dice outcome) and are final. Technical issues that interrupt a live game session will be resolved in accordance with the applicable game provider's void and return policy.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface before bet placement.
• 777pe reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close accounts that exhibit sustained advantage play patterns inconsistent with recreational gaming.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777pe and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the 777pe platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent KYC process.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials.
• Any form of collusion with other players in casino poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer environment.
• Systematic exploitation of promotional offers or bonus structures ("bonus abuse") including through coordinated multi-account activity.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to circumvent the 777pe bonus wagering system.
• Using any automated tool, bot, script, or third-party software to interact with 777pe's platform in a manner not consistent with natural human play.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with 777pe's systems, databases, or source code.
• Conducting or facilitating any money laundering activity using 777pe's deposit or withdrawal facilities.
• Using 777pe funds for transactions that violate Pakistani law or the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.

777pe is committed to responsible gaming and provides every registered player with a comprehensive suite of self-management tools accessible from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on PKR deposits to your 777pe account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum PKR loss thresholds per day, week, or month. The account automatically prevents further play once the threshold is reached within the defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen alerts that trigger after a defined duration of continuous play to maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Cool-Off Periods: Request a temporary account suspension for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you may not login, deposit, or place bets. Existing pending withdrawals will continue to be processed.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from 777pe. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request. 777pe will not reverse self-exclusions for a minimum period of six months. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777pe platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on any 777pe content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the 777pe platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property marking on the platform.
• Use 777pe's brand name or logo in any advertising, social media promotion, or third-party publication without express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777pe and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 777pe platform or any of its services.
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of 777pe.
• Temporary interruptions to service availability due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 777pe's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any third-party game content, live data feed, or sports results information displayed on the platform.

777pe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which 777pe may exercise this right include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive account activity.
• An account being left inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months, subject to applicable dormancy notification procedures.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring the restriction of the account.

Where an account is closed by 777pe due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining after deduction of forfeited funds (as applicable) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any applicable investigation or legal hold period.

You may close your 777pe account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered PKR payment method.

777pe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via:

• A notification displayed upon login to the 777pe platform.
• An email to your registered account email address where practicable.
• An update to the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of 777pe after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using 777pe and may request account closure by contacting our support team. 777pe recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of 777pe shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming licensing standards and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 777pe holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 777pe arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, the following procedure applies:

• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with full details. 777pe will provide a written response within seven (7) business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: Where a complaint remains unresolved after the formal complaint procedure, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution authority under 777pe's operating licence, whose decision shall be binding on both parties.

All communications and proceedings between you and 777pe under these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in English. You waive any right to conduct proceedings in any other language.
